Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account with x5bet. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, x5bet reserves the right to close all such Accounts and forfeit any associated Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting solely on your own behalf and are the beneficial owner of any funds deposited. Accounts operated by third parties or as an agent for another person are not permitted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary to keep it accurate.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
x5bet reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, and source of funds at any point, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. x5bet reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal pending receipt and review of required documentation.

All bets placed on x5bet are subject to acceptance by the Platform at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed when a unique transaction reference is issued to the User following placement. x5bet reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game environment and may vary by sport, market, event, or membership tier. x5bet reserves the right to impose individual stake limits at its discretion.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules governing the specific sport and market, as published in x5bet's current Sportsbook Rules documentation. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of x5bet's trading team is final.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable grace period, abandonment, or identification of a manifest pricing error. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (even money, stake returned).
Live (in-play) betting markets operate in real time during sporting events. Odds fluctuate continuously and may be suspended at any time. x5bet accepts no responsibility for disruptions to live betting caused by internet connectivity issues on the User's side.
x5bet offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g. 10x, 15x, 20x) and any game contribution rates (e.g. slots contributing 100%, table games contributing 10–20%) will be specified in the promotion documentation.
All bonuses carry a validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance) within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses not fulfilled within this window will expire and be removed from the Account, along with any winnings generated from them.
While Bonus Funds are active in an Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is typically capped between RM 250 and RM 500 as specified in the relevant offer terms. Placing bets in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
x5bet reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering across multiple outcomes to satisfy rollover requirements, hedging strategies using multiple accounts, or exploitation of manifest errors.

Account closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and processing of any pending withdrawal requests. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method within standard processing timeframes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. In the event of any dispute between a Member and x5bet, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct communication in the first instance. The decision of the relevant authority shall be binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent x5bet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
